Diego Vazquez
CEO
Mr. Vazquez is a visionary entrepreneur and dynamic leader whose career has been marked by remarkable achievements from a young age. At just 19, he founded and became the CEO of a successful customer service company, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors. In 2005, he transitioned into the payment processing industry, where he swiftly rose through the ranks to become General Manager across several different divisions of EVO Payments.
Under Mr. Vazquez's leadership, EVO experienced unprecedented growth, processing an astounding $350 billion annually. His influence extended across the company, from spearheading operations as General Manager of EVO Canada to overseeing all U.S. direct sales. His strategic vision and leadership were crucial to EVO's transformation, which culminated in its acquisition by Global Payments for $4 billion in 2023.
Currently, Mr. Vazquez serves as the CEO of Harlow, where he is dedicated to propelling the success of rapidly growing SMBs. His commitment to innovation and excellence drives the continuous enhancement of Harlow’s offerings, ensuring that businesses have the tools they need to excel in a competitive landscape.
Chris Sidhom
President
Mr. Sidhom has harnessed the legacy of his father’s extraordinary achievements in the financial sector to drive innovation and success across multiple ventures. Under his father’s leadership, EVO Payments became a global powerhouse, ranking as the fifth-largest payments company worldwide. The company’s remarkable trajectory culminated in its public offering on Nasdaq in 2018, processing over $350 billion annually and achieving a landmark sale to Global Payments for $4 billion last year. Building on this illustrious foundation, Mr. Sidhom has propelled his own career to new heights.
As the President of Harlow, Mr. Sidhom leverages his extensive industry experience to revolutionize the financial services landscape. Prior to his role at Harlow, he made significant contributions as a partner at the esteemed EPSG, and his expertise extends to high-impact roles in hospitality management, where he managed operations across more than 20 premier hotels and restaurants globally.
In addition to leading Harlow, Mr. Sidhom served as the CEO of Priority Concepts, Inc., where he spearheads initiatives that connect business owners with essential resources. His visionary leadership has enabled businesses across the country to secure over $200 million in ERC tax credits, significantly enhancing their growth and scalability.
Mr. Sidhom’s profound industry insights, honed through his role as a majority shareholder in EVO Payments, have been instrumental in shaping Harlow’s transformative impact since its inception. He remains steadfast in his commitment to driving innovation and success as Harlow continues to expand.
With a career dedicated to advancing both small and large enterprises, Mr. Sidhom stands as a formidable force in the financial services sector, consistently pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Abigail Bennett
CFO
With 18 years of extensive experience in finance and accounting, Abigail Bennett is the Chief Financial Officer at Harlow Payments—where she champions financial analysis, reporting, and management solutions.
Prior to joining Harlow Payments, Abigail spent six years in investment banking as a Portfolio Manager. She then worked as a Senior Investment Accountant, where she oversaw complex investment accounting functions for large pension fund portfolios.
Abigail then served as a Controller and Director of Finance at various companies from 2018-2025, leading initiatives related to financial strategy and operational efficiency.
Abigail holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and is a CPA.
David Goldfarb
EVP of Operations
Dave Goldfarb is an entrepreneur and the Executive Vice President of Operations at Harlow Payments. Prior to his time with Harlow, he amassed 20 years of expertise in the credit card payments industry—and was the founder of Zenith Payments, which was later successfully acquired by EVO Payments.
Over the course of his time in the industry, Dave has garnered extensive experience in areas such as operations, underwriting, risk management, and more, excelling at leading enterprises, teams and operational initiatives.
Dave loves all sports, is very competitive, and has a passion for teamwork—which he brings to every aspect of his role at Harlow Payments.
Allan Safran
EVP & Chief Revenue Officer
As Executive Vice-President and Chief Revenue Officer of Harlow, Allan Safran leads the company’s revenue generation and sales growth initiatives. He oversees all business functions that drive revenue, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that empower merchants, partners, and clients to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
Under Allan’s leadership, Harlow offers a comprehensive suite of payment solutions, point-of-sale systems, and advanced software technologies designed to enhance operational efficiency and drive success across retail and hospitality properties.
Allan brings a wealth of experience from his tenure as Vice President of Sales at EVO Payments, a NASDAQ-listed electronic payments company; prior to its acquisition by Global Payments, Inc. in March 2023.
He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at DAN Media, where he secured seven patents and patent designs, showcasing his innovative approach to business and technology.
Allan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Economics from McGill University, underscoring his strong foundation in both business strategy and economic principles.
Kate Palmarini
EVP of Risk and Compliance
As the Executive Vice President of Risk and Compliance at Harlow Payments, Kate drives the company’s strategic efforts in underwriting, risk management, and compliance.
Kate brings over 15 years of specialty expertise to Harlow, starting her career as a leader at Nuvei. She managed teams of up to 60 across areas of compliance and customer service; with an emphasis on specialty operations. She then transitioned to leading the Payments Department at Lightspeed POS in 2020.
In 2024, she joined Harlow Payments—where she delivers strategic leadership and compliance solutions as the EVP of Risk and Compliance.
She currently contributes to the industry as a board member of the ACFE, and she holds a certificate in Financial Crime Investigations from Utica University.
Kate also holds a Business Management Accreditation (ICS), and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from McGill University.
Sarah Balgobin
Chief of Staff
With over 16 years of experience in administration and operations, Sarah Balgobin brings a unique blend of skills and passion to the role of Chief of Staff at Harlow Payments.
Sarah’s career began in administration with Swiss Post Solutions, where she supported prominent international financial institutions such as Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, and BNP Paribas.
She then held roles such as Property Manager, Senior Loan Processor, and Executive Assistant at companies like Arbor Realty Trust, Franklin First Financial, and Madison Mortgage Services Inc., New York's #1 mortgage broker.
She is proud to foster a positive company culture and support recruiting, onboarding, and compliance efforts. As Chief of Staff, she continues to drive operational excellence and support the organization’s growth and success.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from John Jay College.
